Awards & Qualifications

At Hobbs' Ink
we are proud of the design awards we have won over the years, but we also know
none of them would have been possible without a full team of creative people.
The two most important parts of that team are the builder and the homeowner. Any
house plan or remodel design is ultimately only as good as the team that built
it. A good plan can be ruined by a careless builder whose craftsmanship is lousy
or by a thoughtless homeowner who makes inappropriate choices and selections.
Fortunately, we have been blessed with the best builders and the best clients
one could ever ask for. The builders involved in these award-winning projects
are of the very highest caliber. They and their very talented sub-contractors
not only do their best to faithfully execute the designs we entrust to them;
they often enhance the design with creative contributions of their own. And, the
homeowners have made beautiful and thoughtful selections of colors, finishes and
materials. But most importantly, they've filled these homes with the most
beautiful things of all - warmth and love.
Our intention
when a design is born is not to win an award or garner recognition for
ourselves. Our intention is to design the "vessel" that will best accommodate
the voyage that is your life. We believe that if we do that, the recognition
will follow because the result will be beautiful. If we get a chance, and if
it's okay with you, we might take a couple of photos and send them to a design
competition.
If the voyage of
your life could use an updated vessel, contact us!
